Description
EE High Alloy Chain Binder. The 3 position pawl allows the user to choose ratchet extension, ratchet take-up or a “free spin” settings. This binder can be locked to tie-down chain with a long shank padlock (sold separately) making it more difficult to tamper with the binder, assembly or load. The folding handle makes our binder safer (no handle sticking out) and more convenient to use and transport.
