Strap Winder. Steel Strap Winder is used on the outer rail or rub rail of flatbed trailers. The strap winder provides a fast and trouble-free method of winding 2”, 3”, or 4” webbing straps and can easily be stored. The strap winder can be used either right or left-handed and has tapered forks for easy webbing insertion and removal.
